General Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Defective items can be credited within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be pre-approved by the company, contact Member Services at 877-925-3004 for replacement/refund information. Member Services will assign you a return material authorization number (RMA#) that must appear with the return shipping address.
